Legislative districts of Lanao del Norte

The Legislative Districts of Lanao del Norte, namely the first and second districts are the representations of the Province of Lanao del Norte in the Philippine House of Representatives. Lanao del Norte was part of the representation of Lanao until 1961, when it was granted its own representation. It became part of the representation of Region XII from 1978 to 1984. In 1986, it was divided into two legislative districts. As of September 25, 2007, Hon. Vicente "Varf" Belmonte won as congressman in 1st District of Lanao del Norte.
