The Legislative District of Kalinga-Apayao was the representation of the Province of Kalinga-Apayao in the Philippine House of Representatives from 1969 to 1972, the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986, and again in the House of Representatives from 1987 until 1998, when Apayao and Kalinga—the provinces it was divided into on 14 February 1995—were each granted their own representation. Kalinga-Apayao was represented as part of Mountain Province from 1916 to 1969, and of Region II in the Interim Batasang Pambansa.
