The Legislative Districts of Bataan, namely the first and second districts, are the current representations of the province of Bataan in the Philippine House of Representatives.
Bataan comprised a lone representative district from 1907 to 1972. The province was represented in the Interim Batasang Pambansa as part of Region III from 1978 to 1984, and elected one representative to the Regular Batasang Pambansa in 1984. Effective February 11, 1987, the province was divided into two congressional districts under the new Constitution, and elected members to the restored House of Representatives starting that same year.
