The lone Legislative district of Basilan is the congressional representation of the province of Basilan in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. Basilan was created as province in 1973, and was made part of the representation of Region IX during the Interim Batasang Pambansa from 1978 to 1984. It first elected its own representative in 1984.
