(MSLI) is a domestic shipping line established in the Philippines on September 16, 1978 by Vicente Leyco Montenegro, Sr. who was the pioneer service provider of commercial and public transportation by sea via the route Batangas City - Abra de Ilog and back. Initially serving one route with the boat, Malaya, as of September 2006[update], MSLI provided passenger and commercial marine transportation services (Cargo or Vehicles) with a fleet of fast-crafts and roll-on/roll-off vessels on thirteen ports of call.
