Highway 13Waterway Scorncliffe Lake Czar is a village in central Alberta. It is located 70 kilometres (43 mi) west of the Saskatchewan border, at the intersection of Highway 13, Buffalo Trail and the CPR tracks.
Demographics
In 2006, Czar had a population of 175 living in 88 dwellings, a 14.6% decrease from 2001. The Village has a land area of 1.18 km2 (0.46 sq mi) and a population density of 148.3 /km2 (384 /sq mi).[1]
