Highway 113 is a proposed freeway in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia.

A focus report on the highway's construction was submitted by the provincial department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal on March 31, 2006 and planning has begun with the government purchasing land required for the right of way.

Construction of Highway 113 would be a benefit to the South Shore region of Nova Scotia since communities in that area would become approximately 13 km closer by road to markets in New Brunswick and the rest of Canada as well as the US. More importantly the new highway would bypass the congested urban stretch of the 102 that extends into Halifax.

The proposed highway would connect Highway 102 near Killarney and Highway 103 at Lake of the Woods, bypassing the Hammonds Plains region west of Halifax. The highway would be 9.9 kilometres in length.
