The Nova Scotia Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal is a department of the Government of Nova Scotia, Canada, responsible for overseeing the transportation network, public safety, communications, environmental, construction, property, and accommodation needs of government departments and agencies in the province. Bill Estabrooks is its current minister. With 2,000 employees it is the largest provincial department of Nova Scotia.

- 4,100 bridges except those under the Halifax Dartmouth Bridge Commission

- 44 Road Weather Information Systems and highway cameras
- Manages the Dangerous Goods Transportation Act, which regulates the transportation of dangerous goods such as chemicals, hazardous waste and explosives

- Nova Scotia Integrated Mobile Radio System (NSIMRS)
- Trunked Mobile Radio System (TMRS)
