Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (also known as "Masson's hemangio-endotheliome vegetant intravasculaire,"^[1] "Masson's lesion,"^[1] "Masson's pseudoangiosarcoma,"^[1] "Masson's tumor,"^[1] and "Papillary endothelial hyperplasia"^[1]) may mimic angiosarcoma, with lesions that are red or purplish 5-mm to 5-cm papules and deep nodules on the head, neck, or upper extremities.^[1][2]:592
