The Maju Expressway (MEX) (formerly known as Kuala Lumpur-Putrajaya Expressway (KLPE) and KL-KLIA Dedicated Expressway) is the main expressway network in Klang Valley, Malaysia. The 26 km (16 mi)-long expressway links the Kuala Lumpur City Centre with the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Sepang, Selangor.

Route background

The Kilometre Zero of the expressway starts at Kampung Pandan Interchange in Kuala Lumpur.

History

The expressway was constructed on 2004 and was completed on 2007.

• Flyovers at Jalan Tun Razak, Salak South, Kuchai Lama and Sri Petaling-Bukit Jalil.
• Separate flyovers between Salak South and Kuchai Lama.
