(2008–11)Ceremonials Tour
(2011-12)Ceremonials Tour is the second concert tour by English Alternative Rock band Florence and the Machine. The tour will include numerous performances at music festivals as this is lead singer Florence Welch's favorite way to perform live[1]. Welch plans to spend around two years promoting and touring for Ceremonials (her previous tour lasted around three years).[2] Tour dates and supporting acts for the UK & Ireland leg of the 2012 Arena tour were announced on 20th November 2011 via Florence's official website [3], a ten show, nine city trip around some of the biggest and best venues in the country. It is Florence's first ever Arena tour to date, and for fans the first time they will get the chance to see 'Ceremonials' live, it includes a two night run at London's historical Alexandra Palace. Tickets are to go on general sale Friday November 25th at 9am.

Reception
The tour started at the Hackney Empire, in London, England where Florence launched Ceremonials. The show reportedly sold out in just 16 seconds through the band's official website. This event was streamed live on line, and televised on Channel 4 weeks later, alongside an interview with BBC Radio 1 host Nick Grimshaw. The next date was Seymour Centre in Sydney, Australia where Florence performed in a Jason Wu Fall 2011 dress.[17] The Daily Telegraph reported that the Seymour Centre show was sold-out and called the performance "wonderful" and "another awesome music memory" in their review.[18]
