Chen Jianguo (simplified Chinese: 陈建国; traditional Chinese: 陳建國; pinyin: Chén Jiànguó; born July 1945) is the current secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Ningxia committee and the chairman of the standing committee of the Ningxia People's Congress.[1] He was born in Rongcheng, Shandong Province. He joined the Chinese People's Liberation Army in July 1962, and the Communist Party of China in April 1966. He has been an alternate member of the 15th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and a full member of the 16th and 17th Central Committees.
