Enhancer of filamentation 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NEDD9 gene.[1]

NEDD9 has been shown to interact with ID2,[2] LYN,[3] NCK1,[4] MICAL1,[5] CDH1,[6] Abl gene,[4][7] PTK2,[7] CRKL,[3][8][9][10] CRK[4][11] and Mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 3.[6][12][13]
