Charles McBurney (born June 6, 1957) in Orlando, Florida.

McBurney is a Representative in the House of Representatives of the U.S. state of Florida. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Florida in 1979. In addition, he received his Juris Doctorate from UF in 1982. It should also be noted he lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his family.
