Horner is a Representative in the House of Representatives of the U.S. state of Florida. He graduated with a Bachelors degree from the University of Florida in 1989. He then went on to graduate school at the University of Central Florida, and graduated with a Masters in Public Administration in 1995. It should also be noted he lives in Kissimmee, Florida with his family.
