United States Census Bureau , the CDP has a total area of 12.9km² (5.0 mi²). 12.7 km² (4.9 mi²) of it is land and 0.2 km² (0.1 mi²) of it (1.20%) is water.Demographics

census GR|2 of 2000, there were 32,623 people, 9,826 households, and 7,281 families residing in the CDP. Thepopulation density was 2,560.1/km² (6,635.0/mi²). There were 10,540 housing units at an average density of 827.1/km² (2,143.7/mi²).
