The Mexican national rugby union team represents Mexico in international rugby union competitions. Their first official test match, in March 2008, was a 47-7 victory over Saint Vincent and the Grenadines national rugby union team in Rugby World Cup qualifying.

Mexico did not participate in Rugby World Cup qualifying until the 2011 edition. Their record was 2-2, finishing 6th place in Round 1A of the Americas qualification zone.
