Zemianska Olča (Hungarian: Nemesócsa, Hungarian pronunciation:[’nɛmɛʃoːtʃɒ]) is a village and municipality in the Komárno District in the Nitra Region of south-west Slovakia.

History

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1247.

Geography

The village lies at an altitude of 113 metres and covers an area of 27.942 km². It has a population of about 2600 people.

Demographics

The village is about 90% Hungarian, and 9% Slovak.
