Pribeta ( _hu. Perbete) is a village and municipality in the Komarno District in the Nitra Region of south-west Slovakia.

History

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1312.

Geography

The village lies at an altitude of 136 metres and covers an area of 42.795 km².It has a population of about 3,080 people.

Ethnicity

The village is about 77% Magyar, 23% Slovak.

Facilities

The village has a public library a gym and a football pitch.
