Kravany nad Dunajom ( _hu. Karva) is a village and municipality in the Komarno District in the Nitra Region of south-west Slovakia.

History

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1245.

Geography

The village lies at an altitude of 112 metres and covers an area of 15.901 km².It has a population of about 765 people.

Ethnicity

The village is about 81% Magyar, 18% Slovak and 1% Czech.

Facilities

The village has a public library, a gym and a football pitch.
