Sinaloa is the third State that has produced more crowns in the history with 4 crowns. The State Organization has produced two Nuestra Belleza México in 2003 with Rosalva Luna and 2006 with Rosa María Ojeda, two Nuestra Belleza Mundo México in 2000 with Paulina Flores and 2008 with Perla Beltrán and one Nuestra Belleza Internacional México in 2008 with Laura Zúñiga, but this crown is not taken into account because months later she was dethroned.

- Amina Blancarte previously she was Reina del Carnaval de Mazatlán 1993 and represented Mexico in the competition Nuestra Belleza Internacional 1995 held in Miami, Florida, USA where she won the 1st place, becomes the first Mexican crowned as Nuestra Belleza Internacional.
- Laura Zuñiga won the title as Reina Hispanoamericana 2008 on October 30, 2008. On December 23, 2008, she was arrested in Zapopan, Jalisco, along with seven men who allegedly carried illegal guns and US$53,000 in cash. The arrest was made by the state police and army officers. Zúñiga declared that she was kidnapped by her boyfriend Ángel Orlando García Urquiza, apparently a leader of the Juárez Cartel, and that she was unaware of his illicit activities. On December 25, 2008, a second statement was released announcing that Zúñiga has been stripped of her title as Nuestra Belleza Internacional México 2008 and Reina Hispanoamericana 2008. Zúñiga was released from the detention center on January 30, 2009, after the judge found no evidence that tied her to any criminal activity. Actually she works as Model in USA and Mexico.
- Paulina Flores was Nuestra Belleza Mundo México 2000 and represented her country in Miss World 2000. Paulina is currently a professional fashion model, and has been represented by several national and international modeling agencies.
- Perla Beltrán competed in Miss Earth México 2007 and obtained second place (Miss Air). After she won the right to represent Mexico in Miss World 2009. She won Miss World Top Model fast track event and award, enabling her to advance to the semifinals. She previously placed among the Top 12 in the Beach Beauty fast track event. Beltrán subsequently obtainted the title of Miss World Americas and placed second during the final competition of Miss World 2009. Also she was crowned as Miss Grand Slam 2009 by Globalbeauties.com, she also placed in Top 10 Face of the Year, was named Sexiest in Americas and placed in the Top 5 Sexiest Woman Alive. Missosology.com name her Queen of the World Cup, an non official nor related to FIFA or Miss World pageant, poll involving the 32 delegates from the countries playing in the South Africa 2010 FIFA World Cup.
- Rosa María Ojeda was Nuestra Belleza México 2006 and placed as a Top 10 finalist in Miss Universe 2007 held at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City, Mexico.
- Rosalva Luna was Nuestra Belleza México 2003 and ranked on the top 15 in Miss Universe 2004, ending Mexico's 4 year drought without any placement, from here on Mexico classified consecutively until Karla Carrillo, who didn't qualify to semifinals in Miss Universe 2009.
