- Anabel Solís competed in Miss World 2010 held in Crown of Beauty Theatre in Sanya, People's Republic of China on October 30, 2010, but she didn't place. She failed to make the semifinalists, ending Mexico's six year streak of consecutive placements in Miss World, from 2004 through 2009.
- Ericka Cruz represented her country in Miss Universe 2002 held in Coliseo Roberto Clemente in San Juan, Puerto Rico on May 29, 2002 but she didn't place. She was the first Afro-Mexican that represented Mexico in the Miss Universe history.
- Marisol Rojas won the Title of Miss Costa Maya International 2004 held in Belize representing Mexico.
- Valentina Cervera previously won World Sea Queen held in the Maldives Islands and competed in Miss Intercontinental, both in 2004 representing Mexico. The same year she was elected Miss Earth Yucatán obtained the right to represent her State in the national contest of Miss Earth México 2004 where she won the Title and represented Mexico in Miss Earth 2004, but she didn't place. She won the Title of Miss Costa Maya International 2011.
