The State Organization has produced one Nuestra Belleza México in 1999 with Leticia Murray who was appointed at the same time as Nuestra Belleza Internacional México next year and one designated as Nuestra Belleza Mundo México in 2002 with Erika Honstein.

Contestants Notes
- Ana Patricia González the 18 year-old represented the state of Sonora in the 2005 edition of Nuestra Belleza México. A few years later, González auditioned for Nuestra Belleza Latina 2010 in Los Angeles, and was selected to participate in that reality show. After weeks of competition and eliminations, she won the grand prize of USD $250,000, a contract with Univision and the title Nuestra Belleza Latina 2010, making her the second Mexican woman to obtain the title, after Alejandra Espinoza in 2007.
- Carla Cardona later made her debut in Camaleones (2009), playing the role of Mercedes "Solo una pastilla" Márquez.
- Erika Honstein was selected by Lupita Jones to compete in Miss World 2003. She was appointed the national title in a recess appointment by Lupita Jones when the Miss World pageant's schedule changed. In 2004 she joined the CEA of Televisa, graduating in 2006. She has participated in soap operas like "Mundo de Fieras" and "La Fea Más Bella". Serves on the news program "Matutino Express", which holds the climate section and channel Ritmoson Latino, is the former host of the "Espacio Latino".
- Erika Peña represented Mexico in Queen Mayan World 2001 where she won 1st Place.
- Leticia Murray was Nuestra Belleza México 1999 and represented Mexico in Miss Universe 2000 and won two awards: Best National Costume and Clairol Style, although she failed to place in the semifinals. She was also selected to compete in Miss International 2000 where she was called to the semifinalists.
- María Félix Espinoza represented Mexico in the annual Reinado Internacional del Café 2003 where she won Best Figure award.
- Melissa Estrella was the first delegate that represented Mexico in the contest Reina Hispanoamericana 2007, where she won Miss Congeniality award.
