Now: The Hits of Summer 2010 is the 27th album of the Australian Now! series.

Three of the tracks: "Silly Boy (Eva Simons song)", "Release Me (Agnes song)" and "Without You (Empire of the Sun song)", also appear on the previous Now! compilation, Now: The Hits of Spring 2009. This is not the first instance that the Now! series have placed the same song on more than one compilation. These songs are placed on later compilations because since the release of the first compilation each track grew in popularity and gained more airplay. The single mix of "Without You" is included here, as the album version is featured on Now: The Hits of Spring 2009. Similarly, the proper single version of "Silly Boy" is given an outing here, where the Dave Aude remix was included on the previous release.
