Now 76 features ten songs which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart: "California Gurls", "The Club is Alive", "OMG", "Gettin' Over You", "Nothin' On You", "Good Times", "Dirtee Disco", "We No Speak Americano", "This Ain't a Love Song", and "Once". With forty-six songs on the album, it is biggest edition of the series to date.
This album has double appearances from Pitbull, Will.I.Am, David Guetta, Fergie, Dizzee Rascal and Justin Bieber.
The version of K'naan's "Wavin' Flag" featured here is the original version of the song, even though it was the 2010 World Cup Celebration Mix that was released as a single in April 2010.
