Now That's What I Call Music 16 or Now 16 was released in 1989. The album is the 16th edition of the (UK) Now! series. It was released on vinyl, audio cassette & CD formats. The CD release of the album contains three extra tracks not found on the vinyl or cassette releases. It is also unique in that it does not contain any UK number 1 singles.
