Location
The hotel is located on 348 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong, the "golden mile shopping district",[4] between Jordan and Yau Ma Tei, opposite Temple Street Night Market and near the Jade Market. The nearest MTR station is Jordan Station.[5][6][7]
History
Novotel Nathan Road Kowloon Hong Kong was formerly known as the Majestic Hotel and was rebranded as a Novotel with a HK$188 million (approx US$24 million) refurbishment programme to upgrade the hotel to a 4-star Novotel.[8][9][10][11]It is owned by LaSalle Investment Management and managed by Accor. The Majestic Hotel used to be a cinema called The Majestic Theatre (大華戲院). It was opened in 1929, and became the Majestic Hotel and the 348 Disco and Karaoke bar. The disco was closed down a few years ago and was operated by a notorious Hong Kong triad gang leader, Teddy Hung Hon-yee.[12] He ran gambling rooms, opium dens and bars in Tsim Sha Tsui. In 2009 he found religion and repented to a priest after being arrested with 67 other triad gang members. It was widely reported in the local press.
The Hotel
The 15-storey hotel offers 389 guest rooms and suites. Executive Premier Lounge, In Balance Fitness Centre, Web Corner on iMac, children's play area, beauty and hot stone massage centre within the hotel, tour desk, a bar and an all day dining restaurant, including the Tasca Bar and the SQUARE restaurant.[13]

Transportation
It takes about 30 minutes from the Hong Kong International Airport to the hotel.
- Airport Express train: Alight at Kowloon Station, then take a taxi to the hotel.
- Cityflyer Airport Bus A21: Alight at No.10 bus stop on Nathan Road, walk along Nathan Road towards Tsim Sha Tsui direction and then make a left turn into Saigon Street.
- MTR Tsuen Wan Line, to Jordan Station, take the B1 exit, walk along Nathan Road towards Yau Ma Tei direction then make a right turn into Saigon Street.
- The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Jordan MTR Station. Visitors can take the MTR to explore Hong Kong or take the buses on Nathan Road.
