Lai Chi Kok Road is a road in the western part of
New Kowloon ,Hong Kong . It linksLai Chi Kok toMong Kok , viaTai Kok Tsui ,Sham Shui Po andCheung Sha Wan . It starts from the junction withNathan Road nearPioneer Centre in the south and ends nearMei Foo Sun Chuen . The road is bidirection except the section Lai Chi Kok, between the junction withButterfly Valley Road and Mei Foo Sun Chuen, where it servesNew Territories -bound traffic. TheKowloon -bound is left toCheung Sha Wan Road , separated by the flyover ofKwai Chung Road .The section in Sham Shui Po is historically the camp of
