Hockey Hall of Fame
In the Hockey Hall of Fame, the Canadiens boast the most enshrined Hall-of-Famers with 44. All of their inductees are from Canada with the exception of former Defenceman Joe Hall, who was from the United Kingdom. 36 of these players are from three separate notable dynasties: twelve from 1955–1960, eleven from 1964–1969 and thirteen from 1975–1979. Howie Morenz and Georges Vezina were the first Canadiens given the honor in 1945, while Patrick Roy and Dick Duff were the last to be inducted in 2006.

Lester Patrick Trophy
The Lester Patrick Trophy is given to "Personnel who provide outstanding service to hockey in the United States." While presented by the National Hockey League, as well as USA Hockey, it is considered a non-NHL trophy because it may be awarded to players, coaches, officials, and other personnel outside the NHL.
