Miami Killian offers over 20 different AP (Advanced Placement) courses, which can be taken for college credit if a student passes the culminating exam at the end of the year.
Miami Killian's "We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution" team has won the state competition in 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2011. It attended the national competition in 2007, 2008, and 2011.
