Cleveland Circle and Reservoir are adjacent stops on different branches of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority's Green Line, located at Beacon Street and Chestnut Hill Avenue at Cleveland Circle, in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston. Cleveland Circle is the terminus of the "C" branch, whilst Reservoir is an intermediate stop on the "D" branch, although Reservoir is sometimes used as a terminus. The stops are located on opposite sides of MBTA's Reservoir carhouse and yard, with non-revenue track connections between stops and yard.

The Chestnut Hill Avenue stop on the Green Line's "B" branch lies some 5 minutes walk to the north of Cleveland Circle. It is also connected by non-revenue street track to the Cleveland Circle/Reservoir stops and yard complex.

This junction is important as a portal and interchange between the westernmost parts of the Green Line. Because the B, C, and D Branches converge here, it offers an easy access point where commuters can switch lines without having to go all the way into Kenmore Station, which is located about 3 miles from Cleveland Circle.

The stop complex also has a bus interchange and bicycle parking (10 spaces).

Scheduled travel time to Park Street station in downtown Boston is 32 minutes on the C branch or 27 minutes on the D branch. The difference in journey time reflects the quite different natures of the two branches. The C branch runs throughout its length on a median reservation in the center of Beacon Street, with frequent road intersections and streetcar-style stop spacing. The D branch, on the other hand, uses a segregated former railway right of way with stop spacing akin to that of Boston's conventional subway lines.
