25th Anniverssary Catalogue

Mr. Case was founded in the summer of 1984, when university student Marc Levin began delivering supermarket items by the case door-to-door in residential Toronto neighbourhoods. The orders started coming in, along with requests for more products, and in 1986 Mr. Case expanded into a large warehouse/distribution centre.[1]

Products

Mr. Case also carries Green Products[2] ranging from napkins and tissues from North River, cleaning products from Seventh Generation, coffee cups and cutlery from Ecotainer and Chinet. They also carry oxo-degradable garbage bags and biodegradable compost bags.

Mr. Case prints a catalog of its products for the fall, summer and winter with promotions and discounts. They claim to carry over 10,000 products and customers can shop those products from their website. Mr. Case emails newsletters and coupons to its subscribed users.

Over the years Mr. Case has grown dramatically and now has a large fleet of bright orange trucks serving its customers within the Greater Toronto Area.[3] The client base of Mr. Case has increased over the years to include some prominent large multinational corporations like Deloitte and McMillan LLP. Mr. Case also supplies many film and entertainment companies such as Sony and Canwest. Many local celebrities and socialites also use Mr. Case to facilitate their lifestyle.[citation needed]

Websites

Mr. Case now hosts 2 websites, mrcase.com and mrcasefoodservice.com to better serve their customer base. The latter is meant to cater to foodservice customers.
