ElectionsThe Democratic Green Party of Rwanda is a green political party in Rwanda. Formed in 2009, the party aimed to run in the 2010 elections. It was, however, prevented from registering. [1] The party's vice-president, André Kagwa Rwisereka, was found beheaded during the election campaign.[2] [3]
