Paul Chan Mo Po, MH, JP (simplified Chinese: 陈茂波; traditional Chinese: 陳茂波; pinyin: Chén Maòbō) (born 1955 in Hong Kong with family roots in Chaozhou, Guangdong) is the member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Functional constituency, accountancy). He is an accountant and the former President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). He holds a BBA and a MBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has also studied at the Harvard Business School. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Chan is the managing director of Paul Chan & Partners, Hong Kong Limited. He also serves as independent non-executive director for several Hong Kong listed companies.[1]
