Leung Yiu-chung

The Honourable Leung Yiu Chung (Chinese: 梁耀忠, born May 19, 1953 in Hong Kong with family roots in Zhongshan, Guangdong) is member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong since 1995, except for a period between 1997 and 1998. Since 1998 he represents the (Geographical constituency, New Territories West). Leung is also a member of the Kwai Tsing District Council. He received his BA from the University of Essex and a Postgraduate Certificate from the University of Hong Kong.
