Andrew Leung

Andrew Leung Kwan Yuen, SBS, JP (zh-t|t=梁君彥) (born 24 February 1951 in Hong Kong with family roots in Shunde, Guangdong) is the member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Legco), representing the Industrial (First) functional constituency.

Formerly a member of the Liberal Party, he resigned in October 2008, along with Jeffrey Lam and Sophie Leung, saying they had not been able to communicate with the party, and were dissatisfied with its handling of the aftermath of its poor showing in the Legco election. The three, who constituted half of the party's representation in Legco, refused to rule out forming a new party together.
