Chan Kam Lam, SBS, JP (simplified Chinese: 陈鉴林; traditional Chinese: 陳鑑林; Mandarin Pinyin: Chén Jiànlín; Jyutping: Chan4 Gaam3 Lam4; born 22 January 1949 in Shantou, Guangdong, China) is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong representing the constituency of Kowloon East.

Chan attended Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Political career

Chan has represented the Kowloon East constituency since 1998.

He is married to Wai Ming Tsang; they have three children.
