Mariah Hill is an unincorporated town in Carter Township, Spencer County, Indiana.

Trivia

NFL star Ken Dilger is a past resident of Mariah Hill, IN. He was a Pro Bowl Tight End during his football career with the Indianapolis Colts (seven years.) He also played for three years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a tight end; where he was the starting Tight End on Tampa's Super Bowl Champion team. Ken is an alumnus of the University of Illinois and Heritage Hills High School.

Former NFL RB Bruce King is also a native of Mariah Hill. Bruce graduated from Purdue University, where he was a 3 year starter for the Purdue Boilermakers football team and started on the 1984 Peach Bowl team. Bruce, also a Heritage Hills High School graduate, played for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills.
