There are 15 Coffee #1 branches located across South Wales and Bristol.

The company uses Fairtrade organic products across its range.

The Stores

Apart from regular coffees and cold drinks, the store is known for its specialty drinks, including ones using a range of syrups. For example there are the 'Mint Mocha Chip', 'After 8' and 'Bounty' drinks. Children are also catered for with the 'Baby Choc' and 'Baby Cino' drinks.

Customers buying drinks can have a loyalty card stamped and after nine stamps, get the tenth hot drink free.

Awards

In 2006, Coffee #1 Bishopston was voted 'Best in the South West' by the Beverage Service Association - in the industry equivalent of the Oscars. This was followed in 2007 by Coffee #1 Chepstow which was voted 'Best in Wales'. In 2010 Coffee #1 won the Café Chain of the Year Award at the Café Society Awards.[1]

In 2007 Coffee #1 was 39th Fastest Growing Business in Wales.
