Charles Durwin Parker (1827–1925) was a Wisconsin politician. He was born in New Hampshire in 1827; his family moved to Waukesha County, Wisconsin in 1836. He served as a Democrat in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1869 to 1870 and served two terms as Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin, from 1874 until 1878. From 1880 until 1888 he was a regent of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and from 1880 until 1895 a member of the Wisconsin Board of Control. He died in 1925.
Parker was the son of Luther Parker, President of the Republic of Indian Stream.[1]
