Tracy Souter Barrett [Kewpie Dick] (September 28, 1906 – October 30, 1966) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball who played between 1933 and 1945 for the Philadelphia Athletics (1933), Boston Braves (1934), Chicago Cubs (1943) and Philadelphia Phillies (1943–1945). Listed at 5' 9", 175 lb., Barrett batted and threw right-handed. A native of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, he attended University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

In a five-season major league career, Barrett posted a 35-58 record with 271 strikeouts and a 4.28 ERA in 141 appearances, including 91 starts, 32 complete games, three shutouts, two saves, and 729.0 innings of work.^[1] In the minor leagues, Barrett won 325 games in a 24 season career.^[2]

Barrett died at the age of 60 in Seattle, Washington.
