Bruce Wayne Ruffin (born October 4, 1963 in Lubbock, Texas) was a Pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies (1986-91), Milwaukee Brewers (1992) and Colorado Rockies (1993-97).

He finished 7th in voting for the 1986 National League Rookie of the Year for having a 9-4 Win-Loss record, 21 Games, 21 Games Started, 6 Complete Games, 146 ⅓ Innings Pitched, 138 Hits Allowed, 53 Runs Allowed, 40 Earned Runs Allowed, 6 Home Runs Allowed, 44 Walks Allowed, 70 Strikeouts, 1 Hit Batsmen, 600 Batters Faced, 6 Intentional Walks, 1 Balk and a 2.46 ERA. He was promoted from the minor leagues to replace Steve Carlton in the Phillies rotation after Carlton's release after 15 years with the ballclub.
