Carpodacus subhimachalaThe Crimson-browed Finch (Pinicola subhimachala) is a true finch species (family Fringillidae). It is sometimes placed in a monotypic genus Propyrrhula, and might be allied to the rosefinches (Carpodacus and allies).
It is found in Bhutan, China, India, Myanmar, and Nepal. Its natural habitats are temperate forests and temperate shrubland.
