Nyazepetrovsk (Russian: Нязепетро́вск) is a town and the administrative center of Nyazepetrovsky District of Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia, located on the Nyazya River (Ufa's tributary) 150 kilometers (93 mi) northwest of Chelyabinsk. Population: 12,452 (2010 Census preliminary results);[1] 13,405 (2002 Census);[2] 17,133 (1989 Census).[3]

It was founded in 1747. Town status was granted to it in 1944.
