Embraer ERJ 145 en route Washington's Reagan National-St. Louis (Flight AA5526) was forced to make an emergency landing at the Pittsburgh International on June 12, 2006 after one of its hydraulic systems failed. The aircraft's alternate hydraulic system failed after landing and the jet was towed to the gate.* On April 22, 2008, a Chautauqua Airlines flight from St. Louis to Milwaukee Experinced engine failure and landed safely at MidAmerica St. Louis Airport. Of the 32 passengers on board, none were injured.
