No Surrender is an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event held by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. The first one was held in July 2005, but when the PPV names were shuffled for 2006, it was moved to September.

- Shocker pinned Clark with a roll-up.
- America's Most Wanted (Chris Harris and James Storm) defeated Michael Shane and Alex Shelley (with Traci) (11:47)
- Storm pinned Shelley after a Superkick.
- Super X Cup Qualifier: Sonjay Dutt defeated Shark Boy, Elix Skipper and Mikey Batts in a Four-Way match (8:16)
- Dutt pinned Batts after a Hindu Press.
- Apolo and Sonny Siaki defeated The Diamonds in the Rough (Simon Diamond and David Young) (05:43)
- Apolo pinned Young after a TKO.

- This match had a "No Surrender" stipulation, meaning the match could not end by submission.
- After the match, Jeff Jarrett came out and stated that he was going to get his title back one way or another. Rhino then made his debut and Gored Raven.

- The match started out as a 16-man battle royal, when a wrestler got eliminated they would stay at ringside until their partner was eliminated. When the match got down to 2 people, their partners re-joined them and the match continued as a tag team match.
- Senshi (c) defeated Chris Sabin to retain the TNA X Division Championship (16:57)
- Senshi pinned Sabin after kicking an inflatable doll into Sabin.
- Christian Cage defeated Rhino (16:26)
- Cage pinned Rhino after an Unprettier onto a steel chair.
- A.J. Styles and Christopher Daniels defeated The Latin American Exchange (Homicide and Hernandez) (with Konnan) (c) in an Ultimate X match to win the NWA World Tag Team Championship (15:29)
- Daniels grabbed one of the belts to win. This match was later named TNA's "Match of the Year".[12]
- Samoa Joe defeated Jeff Jarrett in a "Fan's Revenge" Lumberjack match (11:03)
- Joe pinned Jarrett after a Muscle Buster.
- The lumberjacks were 18 audience members equipped with leather straps.

- Joe was disqualified after attacking the referee when he tried to break up a hold.
- After the match, Joe continued to attack referees, security and X Division jobbers.
- Kurt Angle defeated Abyss to retain the TNA World Heavyweight Championship (19:24)
- Angle forced Abyss to submit to the Ankle Lock.
- After the match, Judas Mesias cut a hole under the ring mat and pulled Abyss underneath.
