Congtai District (simplified Chinese: 丛台区; traditional Chinese: 叢台區; pinyin: Cóngtái Qū) is a district within the municipal region of Handan, Hebei Province, China.

The district seats the municipality's executive, legislature and judiciary, together with its CPC and Public Security bureaux.

Administration

Congtai in the News

Congtai was the setting - before its district judiciary, if not before the superior municipal one - of the March 2010 trial of a Sucao Township village chief for the murder of his predecessor, the Handan legislator Guo Chengzhi.^[1]
