Huanghua (zh-stp|s=黄骅|t=黄驊|p=Huánghuá) is a county-level city located in the Bohai Gulf coastal regions of eastern China's Hebei Province. It is under the jurisdiction of Cangzhou municipality.

Huanghua was named after Chinese revolutionary Huang Hua of the same name after the foundation of the People's Republic of China. Previously it was known as Xinqing County. It has a total area of 1,544km², with a coastline of 65.8km. The total population is 419,700 in the entire county, with 120,000 people living in the urban area of 18km².

Huanghua has a seaport, Huanghua Port. It is a stop on the Jinshan Expressway going from Tianjin to Shantou, Guangdong.
