Coleochaete Scientific classification Kingdom: Plantae Division: Charophyta Class: Coleochaetophyceae Order: Coleochaetales Genera The Coleochaetales are an order of parenchymous charophyte algae,[2] so they represents one of the most primitive multicellular relatives of land plants[3]. They questionably include the fossil genus Parka.
