County Bihor County Population (2002)[1] 3,018 Time zone EET (UTC+2) – Summer (DST) EEST (UTC+3) Sârbi (Hungarian: Alsótótfalu) is a commune in Bihor County, northwestern Romania with a population of 2,904 people. It is composed of seven villages: Almaşu Mic, Burzuc, Chioag, Fegernic, Fegernicu Nou, Sarcău and Sârbi.
